Getting started
What is ORIVUNEX?
A worldwide network where companies show real products and services, and people and companies find them and talk directly.
Is it free?
Yes. Joining, a basic profile, listings, alerts, messages and the community are free. Only some extra services for companies cost money, and you always see the full price first.
How do I begin?
Register, confirm your email, then follow the steps in your workspace. They show you what to do next.
For companies
How do I show my company?
Complete your company profile and send it for review. A person checks it, and then it becomes public.
How do I add a product or service?
In your workspace choose Add a listing, fill in the form and press Publish. If you are not ready, save it as a draft.
Why is my listing in review?
New companies and some categories need a person to check the listing first. You will get a notice with the result.
Where do enquiries arrive?
In Messages. You will see which listing each enquiry is about.
For individuals
Do I need a company?
No. Anyone aged 18 or over can search, contact companies and join the community.
How do I find something?
Use the search at the top, then narrow it by category and country.
How do I contact a company?
Open a listing and send an enquiry. Your email and phone number stay private.
Alerts
What is an alert?
A short notice when a company publishes something that fits the industries and countries you chose. Each alert says why you got it.
How do I turn alerts on or off?
In Settings, under Alerts. They are off until you turn them on. You can also limit how many you get each day.
Messages
Who can see my messages?
Only you and the other person. A moderator sees a message only if it is reported or flagged as abuse.
Can I stop someone contacting me?
Yes. Block them from the conversation, or choose in Settings who can start a conversation with you.
Community
What is the community for?
Practical questions and ideas about your industry. There are no likes or rankings, so useful answers matter most.
Badges
A badge says what was checked. It is not a recommendation.
Safety and reports
What if someone is abusive or a scam?
Press Report next to the content. A moderator reviews it and decides using the published rules.
Can a company remove a bad review?
No. Honest negative reviews stay visible unless they break a published rule.
What if my content is removed?
You get a notice and can appeal. A different reviewer decides.
How do I stay safe?
Keep conversations on ORIVUNEX, check the badge, and never pay before you have an agreed contract.
Paid services
What can companies pay for?
Extra visibility and professional help. Sponsored listings are always labelled Sponsored.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You see the full price, tax, duration and refund rules before you order, and you get a receipt.
