1. Introduction

ORIVUNEX is an international online platform that connects individuals, businesses and sponsors through product and service presentations, professional networking and responsible communication.

ORIVUNEX is not a social media network, and it is not a gambling, betting or lottery service. Its purpose is international cooperation based on honesty, dignity, fairness, security and transparency.

By registering an account or using ORIVUNEX, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the platform rules, which form part of them. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy notice.

2. Who operates ORIVUNEX

ORIVUNEX is to be operated by a company registered in the Republic of North Macedonia. Until the company's registration is complete, ORIVUNEX offers only its free services, and no paid service can be purchased.

3. Who may register

ORIVUNEX is for people aged 18 or older and for persons authorised to represent a business. You confirm this when you register. Basic registration is free.

You must give accurate, current and truthful information. Each account must represent one real person or one legitimate business. The following are not allowed:

• fake or misleading identities, or pretending to be another person or company
• using another person's identity documents without permission
• duplicate accounts created to get around a restriction
• registering with stolen or unauthorised login details

We may ask for reasonable additional verification where needed to protect the platform (see section 11).

4. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and must not share your password. ORIVUNEX protects accounts with email confirmation, limits on repeated login attempts and, for staff accounts, two-step login.

Changes to account ownership, recovery details or security-critical permissions require proper authorisation. Unauthorised access, manipulating accounts and any attempt to compromise the platform are prohibited.

5. Individual and business accounts

Individual accounts are free. Individuals can discover companies, products and services, receive matching alerts they choose, take part in the community and send messages within the platform's permissions.

Business accounts can create a company profile and listings free of charge, and can order optional paid promotional services. Paid services are always clearly separated from the free service, and their content, price and conditions are shown before any order.

6. Products and services shown on ORIVUNEX

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability and authenticity of what they present. Where relevant, a listing should include a description, photographs, important characteristics, price and currency if a price is given, delivery conditions and any restrictions.

ORIVUNEX may review, reject, hide or remove material that breaks the platform rules. Publishing or reviewing a listing is not a guarantee by ORIVUNEX that a product, service, seller or transaction is genuine or satisfactory.

7. Sponsored placement

Businesses can order a sponsored placement: one listing is shown first in matching search results for a fixed period, clearly labelled "Sponsored". The standard period is 30 calendar days, unless another period is shown before ordering. A business can have one sponsored placement running at a time.

Before payment we show: the price, the period, what is included, taxes and fees, when the placement starts and ends, and the cancellation and refund conditions.

Nothing renews automatically. We remind you three days before a placement ends and again when it ends. To continue, you place a new order at the price then shown; a renewal ordered before the end continues from the end of the current period.

8. Payments

Payments will be processed only by an authorised payment provider. ORIVUNEX intends to accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, subject to the provider's approval. Customers paying by card will not need a PayPal account. Until a provider is connected, paid services are shown as "Available soon" and cannot be ordered.

During a launch period announced on the pricing page, company accounts can use the optional services free of charge until the date shown there. Nothing is charged, no payment details are asked for, and a free service never turns into a paid one. Any later paid use needs a new order at the price then shown.

All prices, taxes and charges are shown before you confirm a purchase, and you receive a receipt. Card details are entered only with the payment provider and never reach ORIVUNEX. ORIVUNEX will never ask for card details, passwords or verification codes in a message. Only payment methods officially offered on the platform may be used.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Each paid service states its cancellation and refund conditions before ordering. For example, a sponsored placement can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days if it has not yet started. Requests go to customer support (section 2).

If a service was not delivered as agreed, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. No prize draws or paid chances

ORIVUNEX does not offer lotteries, prize draws, betting, random selection of winners or any paid chance to win, and does not allow others to offer them on the platform (rule R6). Taking part in ORIVUNEX never depends on chance, and no one is promised a reward, payment or product for registering or taking part.

Any future promotional campaign would need a separate legal review and its own published terms before it starts, and would have to follow these principles.

11. Verification

To build trust, ORIVUNEX uses verification levels:

• Email confirmed: required for every account.
• Business documents checked: companies can upload registration documents, which ORIVUNEX staff review.

Further checks, such as phone confirmation or an identity document check through a specialised provider, may be added. Before any such check is introduced, we will explain it and update the privacy notice. Identity documents are never shown publicly, are seen only by authorised reviewers, and are kept only as long as necessary.

12. Messages

Members can contact each other and businesses within the platform. Only members with a confirmed email can send messages, and each member decides who may start a conversation with them: any signed-in member, only verified members, or nobody. Members can block and report others.

Communication must be respectful. Not allowed: threats, harassment or intimidation; fraudulent offers; hate speech or discriminatory abuse; collecting other people's personal data; spam or deceptive marketing; asking for passwords, verification codes or other confidential details; and attempts to manipulate or exploit others. ORIVUNEX may investigate reports and restrict accounts that break these rules.

13. World map

The world map shows countries with activity on ORIVUNEX: the number of public companies and listings, and a rounded number of members active in the last 30 days. It shows countries only, never a person, an address or a live location. Members are only shown for countries with at least 5 active members, and staff accounts are never counted.

14. Prohibited content and activities

The platform rules prohibit in particular:

• gambling, betting, lotteries and paid chances to win
• fraud, scams and misleading promotions
• counterfeit, stolen or illegal goods and services
• investment schemes, and the promotion of cryptocurrencies or other speculative financial offers
• political or religious campaigns and promotion, in line with the platform's neutral commercial character
• illegal, hateful, threatening or exploitative content
• material that infringes copyright or other rights
• malware, hacking attempts and misuse of the platform

These restrictions concern content and promotion, never a person's religion, nationality or any other protected characteristic. ORIVUNEX may add category-specific rules where required by law or to protect its users.

15. Transactions between members

ORIVUNEX is a marketing and communication platform. Contracts for products and services are made directly between the businesses and their customers, and the seller is responsible for product information, delivery, consumer rights, warranties, taxes and contractual obligations.

ORIVUNEX does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, delivery or performance of third-party products or services. ORIVUNEX does not hold money for sellers or buyers and does not offer escrow or other regulated payment services. Any such service in future would require separate published terms and any required authorisations.

16. Content and intellectual property

You must have the rights to the photographs, texts, trademarks and other material you upload. Ownership stays with you or the lawful owner. By uploading, you allow ORIVUNEX to display and technically process the material to provide the service you chose, for as long as it is published.

The ORIVUNEX name, logo, design and software are protected. Copying or using them commercially without permission is prohibited.

17. Moderation, reports and appeals

Anyone can report content. Automatic checks may hold clear abuse for review, and a person then decides which rule, if any, applies. Lawful criticism and genuine negative reviews stay public. ORIVUNEX may ask for clarification, remove content, limit account functions, suspend or close accounts, and refer unlawful matters to the authorities where required or permitted by law.

The author is told about a decision and can appeal it. An appeal is always decided by a different staff member than the first decision.

18. Privacy

ORIVUNEX processes personal data in line with the data protection law of the Republic of North Macedonia and, where they apply, the laws protecting users in other countries, including the EU's GDPR. The privacy notice explains what we collect, why, which service providers receive data, international transfers, how long data is kept, your rights and how to contact us.

ORIVUNEX does not sell personal data and uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

19. Closing and deleting your account

You can download your data and request deletion of your account in Settings at any time. Deletion takes effect after a 14-day period in which you can change your mind. Data we must keep by law, for example records of paid orders, is kept only as long as required and only for that purpose; everything else is deleted or anonymised.

20. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and secure service, but interruptions can occur because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents or external providers. We take reasonable measures to limit them. Any limitation of liability applies only as far as the law allows and never excludes mandatory consumer rights.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the platform, its services, security needs or the law change. We will tell members about important changes before they take effect and show the effective date. Signed-in members see a notice and are asked to accept the new version. Changes do not remove rights you already have under a contract or by law.

22. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia, without removing the mandatory protections consumers have under the law of their own country. Please contact customer support first with any complaint. If we cannot resolve it together, the competent authorities or courts decide in accordance with applicable law.
